Tortellini & Co. is a woman-owned and operated food trailer in Lockhart, Texas. We specialize in hand-filled pasta, bronze-cut noodles, and small-batch gelato.

We don’t cut corners, even in the tiniest of kitchens. Every dish is crafted in-house, using the best available ingredients, from imported ’00’ Italian flour and Parmigiano Reggiano to local Texas produce, meat, and dairy.
